With over 20 years of experience in community mental health and private practice, Shelley offers a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach tailored to each client’s needs. She integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. For couples, Shelley incorporates principles from her Level 2 Gottman Method training to support healthier communication and lasting change.

Elysia Russell, LCSW-C provides individual and couples psychotherapy for adults impacted by trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, public health, and education — including more than 15 years working directly with youth — LaTria brings a compassionate, structured, and developmentally informed approach to care. She has extensive experience in school-based counseling, crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and collaborating with families, educators, and community providers to create supportive environments that foster growth and resilience.
Monica Rios, LCPC
Monica Rios provides counseling services for children, adolescents, and families, focusing on emotional expression, connection, and developmental growth. With specialized training in play therapy, she creates an engaging environment where children can communicate through play while building coping, communication, and emotional regulation skills. Her approach integrates evidence-based and Adlerian-informed techniques with play-based interventions to strengthen confidence and family connection.
